Samsung A20e Wifi not working

When i try to connect to wifi or bluetooth the colour is lighter blue than when other settings are turned on such as location and so cannot use wifi or bluetooth. I have tried a factory reset and when this didn't work I tried to reset network settings but it did not allow me to do this

@Shirleef: Regarding the colour issue, are you referring to the tiles in the Quick Settings menu when you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, or the options in Settings > Connections? If you go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, and tap this option, does the switch to the right toggle on? If so, have you made sure to select your router from the list of available connections?
