samsung a14 cant make screenshot in dual messenger apps- turning on can have multiple whats app numbers on one phone. BUT in the 2nd app cant make screenshot

doesnt even show error that privacy app settings doesnt allow it. nothing. just not making. in other apps- easy.

last step full reset dont want to test.

BUT google assistant on home button hold can make screenshot if asking, but its covering part of it.

i want a refund. phone is also mega slow. why to sell super unsusable products? advertise them as not for productivity- super slow even without any apps on. and screen isnt resposive enough.

It maybe beneficial to speak with the app developers to see if this is an app limitation. 

If a phone appears sluggish then the following troubleshooting steps may help. 

1. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

2. Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode. 

If your within any relevant cooling off period then the merchant you purchased from may offer a refund. 

If a person js past any relevant cooling off period then they can ask Samsung to look at certain aspects of a phone's features and software via their Samsung Members App.
