after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.

How to fix this?

Yes me too, since update. A14 swipe works for so long then I have to force stop it at least once a day sometimes more! Very worrying as I am flying abroad soon & will need access for boarding cards etc.

I am having exactly the same problem and am over two weeks in, and its driving me nuts! Can't answer calls at times, cant rely on being able to use my phone to pay for items, etc etc. I submitted an error report 2 weeks ago, got a standard response (twice....."looking into it"), and nothing positive since. Prior to the update, phone was working fine 🤬

Same issue. When I finally worked out how to contact them just blamed a 3rd party app on my phone and told me it was my problem to find which one

@MilosA

I'll send that comment to the UK CEO's office to show how the lack of an official Samsung comment is affecting people.
