after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.
How to fix this?
#touchscreen #A14 #update #UI7

Me too...all these tricks looks like they fix for some hour...the only hope is an official patch...is just a waste of time all this trying...
The only think I noticed is that I airplane mode the bug doesn't come so often...

Me too. My A14 is unresponsive. Since One UI V7.0 update, difficulty swiping to unlock, even answering calls. Epic FAIL Samsung.

I have to reboot my A14 every time I open it. But also I can't now transfer photos from my A14 to my laptop, there seems to be no process for doing it. Any ideas?

Dont expect an answer from Samsung or even recognition of a software fault.
They really dont care.
I suggest you throw the phone away and find one from another company and never buy anything made by Samsung again.
They treat customers with complete contempt

I think letter before action then claim in the small claims court is only way to go for this now. I will claim for cost of phone and time wasted trying to fix it.
I've sent email to ceo advising them that if I don't hear in 7 days then that is the only action available to me.

I received this from the UK CEO's office yesterday...
'...Unfortunately, as I have advised before we are unable to discuss other cases and not all A14 devices have been affected. Please be assured that we are actively working to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your patience as we investigate your complaint and assess available resolutions. I will contact you promptly once I have an update regarding your case....'
Call me cynical, but I have a sneaky suspicion that they have a couple of options - they can patch the Android 15/UI 7 release, or if the UI 8 release is that close, put the effort into double checking 8 and wait for that to fix the issue. But how on earth can anyone know when Samsung seem so reticent to say what has happened and how many of their customers have been affected (obvious it's not even all the A14 users given the CEOs comment) - let alone offer a timeframe for a fix/workaround.
