Samsung A14 5G touchscreen doesn't work anymore after update to One UI 7.0

after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore. 

How to fix this?

Also waiting. I really don't feel like throwing away a good phone that is barely 2 years old.

Just a quick update the Samsung repair centre today has advised that an update for the Ui7 will be rolled out from Thursday fixing bugs on the A series phones  🤞

Nope I don't sorry, but i'm told the issues with th screen freeze and "others" will be resolved.

I've noticed small issues here and there, but nothing major, so I was wondering what was getting fixed, but I guess I'll find out when it happens. No worries.

Same here. The cynic in me thinks the upgrade and associated problem is a deliberate ploy to buy an upgrade, which I am considering. If I do, it'll not be a Samsung!

I don't think you have to be cynic to think that! I've been waiting to hear from the complaints department for nearly a week having opened a complaint ticket 6 days ago ... each time I speak to Customer Services they open a new ticket and tell me I'll here from the correct team within 24 and 48 hours. It hasn't happened. The last time, I was told they phoned me on Monday but I was in all day and no call came ... I'd given them my landline number and it shows all calls received ... nothing. I actually paid £19.95 for the doorstep service last week in desperation and was offered an engineer today. I cancelled all plans  and then on Tuesday I received an email from Likewise, their repair partners, saying 'Due to an unexpected medical emergency with our technician in recieving the necessary parts we need to reschedule your repair appointment' ... I copied and pasted this! Can somebody explain to me how a 'medical emergency' has anything to do with 'receiving the necessary parts'? Absolute BS! I rest my case ...
