after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.
How to fix this?

Guys I don't want to jinx is, but I cleared the cache partition on the A14 (after full factory reset, but maybe that is not a must) and right now I can not reproduce the error. Still testing it, just want to spread the word, maybe this helps.
Here is a video how to do it:

Not sure if cable and PC is really necessary though.

Have exactly the same problem here in Denmark. Phone worked perfectly until the update. Now the screen freezes 30-40 times a day. Sometimes the screen can be reactivated by pushing the side button 5-6 times, sometimes I need to restart phone. Tried factory settings and also wiping the partition cache in recovery mode. Still having same issue. I wonder if the warranty covers this? A fix needs to be found extremely fast or Samsung has lost a customer for good.

Are you sure that the effect you're seeing isn't just that the cable is charging your phone? The reason I ask is that it was reported way back by a user that the problem appears to be mitigated when the phone is on charge. Here, when I'm at home my phone is always on charge and I hardly get any touchscreen issues, but if I take the phone off charge the touchscreen issue resurfaces (not always immediately).

Same here, they killed my cellphone. I am buying one tomorrow as the technician said to reset my phone and to go to their place "to check". What to check, the big issue Samsung generated in a 9 months old phone!!!?????

Helle Steve. I have tested all the suggestions from the users in this forum, including keeping phone connected to the phone, but unfortunately without any positive impact on my phone's performance.

@SocietyGirl Is there any update on when you'll be giving an update? And is the update a statement from Samsung or a physical update to the affected phones?
