after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.
How to fix this?

A14 touchscreen freezing, was able to restart using the info here.. thank you... Samsung did a reset using remote access this afternoon, 10 mins after it froze again. Now waiting for another call from technical support to do another remote access session. I read the newspaper articles dated April where they suspended rolling out the One UI 7, seems they have rolled it out again without fixing the issues?

@Piper123 What have you heard from Samsung about the issue? What is the official stance? What workarounds have been offered by Samsung themselves?
I had a lengthy conversation with the UK CEO office and they offered nothing apart from saying the issue was being looked into. My logs etc that I submitted via Samsung members has received a receipt acknowledgement and nothing else.
If you have workarounds, for the issues that the users are having, that are sanctioned by Samsung, what are they?

Uninstalled all but my bank apps,
NO CHANGE.
I don't want to uninstall Revolute as it was such a pain installing.
My other bank app is an Irish bank and I'm guessing not every one lightheaded Samsung prob is from Ireland.
Dose anybody reading this have the Samsung prob BUT NOT the Revolute app??

I have solved the problem - it is Samsung software. I am just unable to do anything about it.
If you have ever developed software that works - then you change something - then it doesn't work, its fairly obvious that whatever you changed caused a problem!
The only software that has changed is that which came from Samsung. Therefore it is Samsung software that has caused the issue!
A bit stating the obvious !

I don't have Revolute - but do have the problem.
I'll just have to wait for Samsung to fix it, or for my new Sony phone to arrive. Think I know what will be first!

It's not only in the UK.
I'm in belgium and since the update to One UI 7.0/android 15, I have had the same issue from day 1.

I see some of you are mentioning apps that might be the issue. Well I factory reset my mother's phone and the issue is still there. Even with no apps installed at all (except the built in ones)
