Samsung A14 5G touchscreen doesn't work anymore after update to One UI 7.0

after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore. 

How to fix this?

Have the same probldm..luckily not too many people call me! So many glitches with this update

Just because an A14 isn't the most expensive phone doesn't mean the manufacturer can stop it working at some point. Some of us don't have the money to spend on expensive phones like the A56

You're unaware of the problems on A series caused by the ui7 update????? I don't believe it! There have been hundreds of reports on X and this forum.

This is barking. The issue(s) was known about months back - the rollout was supposed to have been frozen - so  presumably the release I got last week was a patched fixed version?

since the update my phone keeps crashing.  I can't login using the fingerprint at all.  It works for a bit BT the pin. I keep having to reboot.  Why don't they test updates before releasing them and how long will it be before they fix what they broke?

This is driving me mad, the swipe unlock...well not unlocking, I have had to restart at least once every day.I have used a Samsung for over 30 years this maybe the last time.

I've done several and I mean several error reports and got told they could find ''no fault' ????
