after updating my A14 5G to One UI 7.0, my touchcreen doesn't work at all anymore.
How to fix this?

I have always disliked the UI updates, because my Phone (A14) gets slower every update. But after the UI 7.0 my Phone is not even usable half of the day. My screen doesn't work anymore. I need to swipe to unlock but screen doesn't register any touch. Swipe, touch button Phone/camera in the bottom, nothing works. And not just once but for 10minutes at least. Multiple times a day.

It has happened to me too since I updated 3 days ago, but mine is also intermittent. I couldn't turn the alarm off this morning and then after the 2nd snooze I could. But I have no idea how long the phone will be usable before it freezes again. And when the touchscreen stops working I can't even turn it off...
All this talk of firmware is out of my comfort zone and although I found my model number and IMEI in settings while the phone is OK, I don't know what I'm looking for on the sammobile site.

I have the same issue. The touchscreen stops working and only the side buttons appear to work. To unfreeze the phone I have to keep repeating powering down the screen, reactivating it and just trying any old thing. Eventually it has come back.
The side buttons work, but I don't have a volume down-power button combination that powers down, so when the touchscreen freeze happens, there is no way of recovering the phone again. When the phone was working , I took the advice here and cleared the cache (power off-volume up does have an effect), and that seemed to resolve the issue for a while but then it resurfaced.
Does this forum get read by anyone technical at Samsung - and/or - is there a place to record a bug? And how can you tell if its a specific phone issue or a Google Android issue?
