How do I turn on safe mode on a A05s?

Hi @Fiona26 i holded the power button for like 2 mins it's not working are your sure it works for A05s phone?

You could also go to the Google website, or any search engine, and type "Samsung a05 safe mode". You will see lots of articles including excellent YouTube videos.

@StarWarsFan11: To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power/Side button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold 'Power off' until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.

To exit Safe mode, restart the phone as you would normally (press and hold the Side button > Restart).
