rom change on a21s

my friend bought a new samsung phone a21s from a shop but its from another country can he put a english rom on it

Is there a reason your friend wants to do this ?

I imported my N20 Ultra Snapdragon version from Hong Kong and it works well with its original software @tony1076 

Custom Rom's can be applied but it would be wise to be very careful.

He means the Samsung one UI build from the UK, not a 'custom' ROM. it's perfectly safe to do that if you use a Samsung utility afaik
