I have bought a Samsung Galaxy A51  in mexico and I have used it since. However, I moved to uae for my studies. It seems that the eatisaalat SIM card is not working with my phone and region locked massage for me, I can't send texts, or make calls. How should I proceed ?

I have an s24+ that I bought and used in England to remove the region lock. I have now moved overseas and I want to factory reset the device. Will performing a factory reset region lock the device again?

I faced the same Region Locked code issue after purchasing S24 FE in India. I tried to use the Australian SIM both in India and Australia but it gave Region Locked error for both the cases.

I have done local call from local sim for more than 5 minutes, still issue is there.

Let know if someone was able to resolve this issue. Also let know if factory reset will work.

From peronal experience. I've had a samsung phone for some time now   purcased in france with a french sim. I recently travelled to usa. The phone was working in uk at heathrow but couldn't access mobile networks when i got to usa. My wifes phone was working with a french sim so i tried the phone with her sim, it still didnt work.(wifi was ok). I finally found out about region locking and realised that all my phone calls have been relatively short. So wherever you get the phone, put in your sim and make a local call for 5 minutes then it should be unlocked. The lack of info from samsung is appalling.
