Random samsung payments declined since update

I have an a54 phone which has Curve installed so I can use Samsung Pay. All was well until the lastest software update last week. Now it sometimes works and other times gets declined and I have to use my actual card. Why is this suddenly happening? I installed it so I didn't have to carry my purse around, but now worry that if I go to pay for fuel etc, Samsung pay won't work and I don't have my card. Any ideas? TIA

It maybe an idea to remove the card and re add it @knh316

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
