"Pop up" Notifications Duration

Hey knowledgeable ones,

This may have been asked before but I can't seem to find a solution.

My wife has an A31. The pop up notification like in the example below comes on for a very long time, a couple of minutes, and is frustrating her.

On my phone this only pops up for a second or two.

Would any of you me able to explain how I can fix this?

I guess you are referring to a third party app as I have nothing like this on my phone. I would recommend contacting the app developers for support. If it's a social media app, best of luck as they don't work well on Android 11.
