Problems with galaxy A12 sensitivity option

Hi i have previously posted a post as i am unable to find the screen sensitivity option in my settings under display on Samsung galaxy A12. I have managed to find this option on all my other Samsung phones ( Samsung galaxy A13 and S10 ) under the setting for display but this option is not on my galaxy A12. 

Can anyone help me with this as i need to adjust the sensitivity on my galaxy A12.

Hi @Bev54 can you can go to settings and input Touch Sensitivity in the search Bar, the option should appear. Always known it to be listed under Display though, if not in settings at all appears it is unavailable  on this Device.

Hi James, i have tried searching everything in the settings and nothing is coming up for adjusting screen sensitivity. I talked to someone earlier who said that someone had had the same problem. It seems that the A12 does not have this option sadly
