Hi. I have an A54 samsung and after the latest android update, it can not connect to the mkbile data network anymore. Even when it shows it is 5G, it can not open websites, but 90% of time it is on Edge. It is so frustrating, since I can not even buy bus tickets when I am out. Although, it does not have any problem with WiFi. I've tried every solution and check every thing. It seems that it is just a problem with the phone.

Try different network sim card and see if problem persists, if so i suggest to let Samsung store get your phone checked or you can book a repairs.

Also you can try diagnostics tools in the app.

The problem may be with your APN settings or network mode after the update. Check your carrier's APN settings and update them if necessary. Also try switching the network mode to "LTE/3G/2G (auto)" in settings. If that doesn't work, check the SIM card on another phone to rule out carrier issues. A factory reset may also fix update-related crashes, but back up your data first.

I had bad connections with 02 in my area and I changed to ee and I have 1 bar of 4g or 0 bars of 4g in my area and I live in a suburb so ee is not the solutions

Hi, this is an issue with the 6.1 one UI update, samsung were given feedback by myself recently and their response was that they are going to look into it, so hopefully this will be fixed soon
