Problem with samsung email app

Ever since I bought this a15 phone I've had nothing but trouble but now I'm having trouble with the samsung email app. There is no notifications popping up, I've checked the permissions on the settings and it's all OK there. I'm wondering if someone can try and help me please. Thanks.

You can reset your phone to factory settings if that will help. Please back up your data and files before doing so. Good luck.

Check in settings > Battery > background usage limits. Make sure the email app is not in sleeping or deep sleeping. You can also bring up the samsung email apps info, go to battery and make sure its unrestricted 1737453682458.jpg

Have you tried uninstall and then reinstalling the app. You can also try clearing the cache for the email app then give the phone a reboot.

Another thing to try.
Open the Samsung Email app and go to your account settings. Verify that sync is enabled and notification settings are set to receive all email alerts.

I'll uninstall it and reinstall it and see if that makes it work first.
