I cannot load all my contacts and I'm not showed in my friends list.
I tried to update settings bit gives me error when I want to register my number in galaxy sharing.
Any idea how to solve it?

Do you find the situation fine from the first use? Are you using the Samsung Find app?


What happens when you enter your number, do you get an error message?

Are you entering the number with the prefix?

Thank you for your assistance.

I have often used the Samsung Find app to locate devices associated with my account.

Problems arise when I want to use the "People" category:
- contacts with the samsung account do not show up completely in the list to add them
- I am not displayed in the contact list of some friends
- visible contacts cannot share their location or see mine (message "couldnt get location" under their icon)
- I cannot register my number in Galaxy Share (Settings > Samsung Account > Galaxy Share).

When I try to enter my number, the "+ Add phone number" button seems frozen and the message "Couldn't add phone number. Try again', as you can see from the screenshot.

I hope I have described the problem clearly enough.
I am available for further information if needed.

I don't know why the option was back without device selected.

Still cannot see everybody on my list of contacts, but check the phone number and the email associated with the samsung account can help!
