Hi sometimes I use my vr power pack it is called venum i was just asking if it's alright for my phone/A53 5G

As you said, it messed up your friend's phone, so don't use it. Logically, a good official cable should avoid this, though. Maybe get a proper Samsung or trusted-brand power bank.
