Of course Samsung are not at fault. If they were to admit fault they would be liable for a huge claim. These are Global products.
Just think: 1, Possibly required to replace every faulty phone? Or produce a FULLY tested fix within a reasonable set period.
2, Compensate for loss of revenue for those that need it to contact customers.

A few years ago, they sold a phone with a faulty battery. This was worldwide. I had to go to Manchester and they replaced the battery. Did the update 2 weeks ago, and the ***** phone kept freezing. Today it was 2 hours before the screen unlocked. Did the reboot ie. power button and volume down button simultaneously for 7 seconds...rebooted ok and then locked up again. Looking for a samsung store now....had enough!

😊Been in a chat and was given this advice... Contact Samsung technical voice team at 0333 0000 333, they can manage and do a remote session real time. They are open from 9am to 8pm. Roll on tomorrow folks xx
No worries, this is a free line when you phone them, and you will not be charged for this.

So, this post was yesterday. What happened?
What is a remote session?
I bet the answer is: not anything samsung did.

I decided I didn't want to given Samsung access to my phone, so I shall continue to reboot when it freezes and see if they send out a fix...

I have optomised and cleared memory in Device Care , also when at home Ive taken my lock screen off. Only rebooted twice in 24 hours. Im gonna put my lock screen on now again and test to see if it freezes more often.

Hold down the power button and the down volume button at the same time for around 7 seconds until the screen goes black. 🤗
