Phone stopped

Hi looking for some help, my Samsung pho e has suddenly stopped working its fully charged all I get is either power off or reset but when you press either nothing happens.

Was your phone backed up before it stopped ?? As I would choose the reset if there was no other option available.

Unfortunately it wasn't, but doesn't let me reset it either, you press that option but nothing happens.

Try holding power button down for 30 seconds

If you cannot factory reset the usual way then do try this website.

Be aware some options will mean your info maybe deleted. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assist if they can have hands on.

Sometimes a soft reset can help. Press the power button and the volume down button at the same time, Keep them pressed until the phone restarts. Only release the buttons When the Samsung logo appears. This method closes and restarts everything Hope this helps
