Phone does not start up. Now getting msg that I need to pay over 100 eur because display suoes a sratch. ?? How is that r3lated to the phone not booting? I do not want the screen repaired.

Hello, in order to investigate the problem the phone has to be opened up. However to open the phone the display has to come of too, when a display is damaged it almost always damages alot more.. cracks ect. Thats why you have to pay for a new screen too.

makes sense. however. the offer does not show replace cost of the screen. it shows general repair cost showing a number of workitems.

Alright maybe they diddent replace the screen. Can u show me those workitems?

• Tape vervangen 
• Om het probleem te verhelpen hebben wij het beeldscherm in het
• toestel vervangen.
• Display vervangen 
• Module of mainboard vervangen 
• Wij hebben de nieuwste softwareversie geïnstalleerd.
