Hello!

So my phone has been being weird. It suddenly has been discharging battery quickly and charging extremely slow. Like, plugged in all night and made it from 0% to 40%...

I was taking a look at phone info and current sub id: 2

Sub id of default data SIM: 2

I could of sworn it used to be 1. And even more I'm in the US. My phone is an a14 and I only have one sim. So why is it saying 2?

Anyone have any ideas why?

Hello @Asherzxo and may I take this opportunity to extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋

It might be beneficial to also submit your post in your own regions section of the Samsung Community Forum Section for a more appropriate detailed response 👍

In regards to your phone there are some generic troubleshooting steps you can try.

1. Use a torch 🔦 to ensure there is no build up of debris in the charging port.

2. Try another oem Samsung charging brick and cord.

3. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

4. Run the phone's Diagnostic Tool 🔧  found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
