Phone on, but dead to touch.

Sometime last weekend (14/15 Nov) I had a Samsung system/Security update. Updated in a second, since then phone seems a bit sluggish. On Thursday (19th) night I charged my phone overnight with a full battery when i wake. When I tied to use my phone nothing. I could ONLY use my fingerprint to unlock it, but nothing on screen worked. All touch screen functions had stopped working. I had to force the phone to switch off... Power, Volume up/down. Hoping it would switch on again, thank god it did. Why did this happen...?

Sometimes there just isn't a reason to out your finger on !

Hi - this has happened with a Galaxy S6 Pearl I've owned before.

The screen wasn't responsive, I tried resetting it with the Recovery Mode it does reset, but screen isn't responsive.
