Hello,
So my A32 5G phone's original charging cable broke and I bought a new cheaper one, after like the 5th time of charging with the new cable, when I checked my phone it had a completely black screen with the phone still working fine ( I can hear messages coming, I can even touch and click buttons and apps ) I tried every Youtube hack ( like forcing restart, smacking the phone etc ) and nothing worked
Update: now the screen displays on but goes black again after less than a second ( as soon as I unlock the phone lol ).
Did that new cheap cable cause this? note that I kept it charging way after it reached 100%
Do you guys have any solutions or suggestion? I'm currently too broke to take it to a repair shop or buy a new phone.

Hello 👋 @Abdo97
First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Personally I use and advise to use oem Samsung cables and charging bricks.
Did this cause any damage 🤔 only a Samsung Service Centre can advise after assessing the phone.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
