Galaxy A Series@alishaxrhmn @Fourteen: Are you using the original charging cable and plug that came packaged with the device? If you head to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings, is Fast charging toggled on? If so, and if the issue persists, head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Diagnostics > Cable charging, and follow the on screen instructions. Does this test flag any issues?
