Phone contacts that go to voicemail not showing

When I receive a call that goes into voicemail, the phone number of that call doesn't show up in the list of callers' numbers, nor is there any notification of the received voicemail. I looked up a solution and was informed that I should go to Settings>Supplementary Services> Disable Call Forwarding, but I can't find any of those settings.

What to do?

If the call goes directly to voicemail without it ringing on your device first (I.e. out of signal range, device turned off etc) then it has always been the case that it won't show up in missed calls.

You should, if a voicemail is left, get an icon top left of your screen when screen is on showing you have a voicemail unless you've turned the notification off?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

No icon shows up. Plus, it used to be that when I received a call there was a number notice on my homescreen phone icon. Now that has disappeared, too.

@tbathree: If missed calls aren't showing up in your Recents list then please open the Phone app > Select the 'Recents' tab > Tap the 3 lines with the funnel inset, to the left of the magnifying glass symbol > Make sure that 'All calls' is selected.

Now, tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Voicemail > Notifications, and make sure that 'App icon badges' is toggled on.

Close the Phone app, then head to Settings > Apps > Phone > Notifications > Ensure Lock screen, App icon badge and Notification pop-up have a blue tick below each option.
