Phone closes background apps automatically

Good morning,

I have a Samsung Galaxxy A30s and sometimes it closes my background apps. For example, i open messages, contacts and settings and leave them open. Sometimes (not always), when I go back to the list of opened apps, I have only one opened app.

I don't understand why this is happpening...can you help me?

@gsrodrigues: If you go to Settings > Device Care > Memory > Check the drop down list for any apps you would like to keep open in the background, and untick them. Now, they won't automatically close, allowing your to access them from the Recent Apps menu. Hope this helps.

This is a massive danger problem for me as i need my constant diabetes blood inplanted punp app ipen all the the time in bsckground. Samsung closing this app out could make them legally responsible if i die cause of blood sugar app not running.

Its a  design conflict between the samsung memory management and the google memory management.

on my 7+ tab i can not set the app function to "allow accu use in background"

because after that the app is not visible in samsungs "Apps never in standby mode"

and can not reached with the + (add app)

in my opinion its may be a bug in the samsung firmware.

ALL apps "excepted" samsungs and googles are closed immediatly after i move to home screen or open other apps
