When I connect my USB device through the OTG only it tells me it's charging and then when I click for more options it doesn't give me any more options. I've been looking for months I thought I was the only one with this issue. # Samsung A55
@Mina Girgis: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down and tap on 'USBSettings' > Force stop > Clear cache > Clear data. Let me know if this helps.
