Oneui 7 bug - Samsung A34

Hello, after using oneui 7 for a week. I have noticed that when trying to scroll on different websites e.g twitter, gsmarena and so on. It seems that the scrolling feels rough and unpolished for some reason. Compared to what I had on oneui 6.1 I never really had any issues when it comes to this. Rn the model I have is the SM - A34B and I hope I'm not the only one that has this issue as I haven't seen anyone talked about it.

This is a tad odd—but I've not heard of this/seen it in the forums. To me, it sounds like a connection issue rather than a phone issue, since online websites don't put any strain on the device beyond the Wi-Fi/data itself. *added a note about ram usage below

Attempt using other browsers- Same result?

What Id suggest is going to
https://www.speedtest.net/
- look at the download speed and the latency.

Be sure to also make sure that in both google play store/ samsung store that the browser youre using is fully updated.

It may also he handy to soft reboot the device- hold volume down and power until phone restarts.
*to clash with what I said earlier- webpages can hog RAM, and a simple reboot may help clear it

Hello, I've tried everything from using 3 different browsers such as Microsoft edge, chrome and brave and still the same result. I've done the WiFi speed of my WiFi and it's not really the issue as the WiFi speed is already fast on my phone and when I was on oneui 6.1 with the same WiFi speed there was no issues at all. I've also tried updating the apps through both Samsung store and Google play store and the main browser I use is already up to date. I've tried doing the soft reboot after doing what you told me and still the same results after turning the phone back on again. I still do believe it's a oneui 7 issue than a WiFi/data issue.

Is this only wen scrolling a browser? If not, I would advise looking for refresh rate and make sure it's at the highest for a smoother viewing experience.

Yes, only when scrolling. I'm hoping that when the new Samsung update rolls it will fix it.

Hello! 

I have A346E model which I installed oneui 7.0 and used it for a a week. I have downgraded back to oneui 6.1 because I have had some issues that I noticed when using the oneui 7.0. The first thing I noticed was an issue with ram management on the phone. The phone could randomly freeze an app that I recently switched from to another app and force it to restart. 

Another thing I noticed was when turning the screen on, the phone failed to respond for a while before turning the screen on. 

I also did try resetting the phone and deleting cache partition but nothing worked. And btw, accessing recovery mode using volume up and power button wasn't working as before the update. One has to connect data cable while pressing the button to access it like how one access dowload mode. I didn't read about that change but maybe its noted somewhere. 

There was also an issue with sound when connected to a Bluetooth device. I use my earbuds alot especially when playing games like pubg mobile. I noticed the sound could change randomly to somewhat a different equaliser effect.  Turning dolby atmos off  fixed that but the sound wasn't that good.
