If there is anyone that knows or works in Darlington for the company's please help me .I have contacted both with no luck. i know there is a mast down in my area dl1 but it has been about 3 weeks now and i have to use 3g 
The lady in o2 did say the mast wasn't working were the new train station is. And now it's starting to really miss me off and it shouldn't take this long to fix or upgrade 5g.
I can get 5g out of my area, and i can get 4g if i put my sim in my old a53 but i shouldnt have to set up an old phone

Only thing you can do is get onto customer services for your network provider.

If 4g works on your older phone, is manually setting your new phone to use 4g and ignore 5g an option?

Why have you got 3g preferred selected. Shouldn't you have 5g or LTE. LTE is 4g

Yrs I can select LTE AND IS SIGNAL BUT doesn't connect
