@Altcrew: Are you able to clarify which steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the issue? Furthermore, are the notifications coming through without an alert, or are you simply not receiving them?
Also, please confirm the model number of the device you're using (located in Settings > About phone) along with the names of the affected apps, as this will be useful as part of the troubleshooting process.

@Altcrew: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Select an affected app > Notifications > Allow sound and vibration (On) > Notification types > Make sure that 'Lock screen', 'Badge' and 'Pop-up' are highlighted with a blue border, and 'Allowed' is written below each option.
Now, tap on 'Notification categories' and make sure that each category is toggled on. You can also tap on each category, and make sure that 'Alert' is selected.

@Altcrew: The steps provided in my previous reply are still applicable to your banking apps. You also mentioned that you had reset your app preferences, therefore I also recommend heading to Settings > Apps > Select your banking app > Permissions, and make sure that all permissions are 'Allowed'.
