Notifications vanishing

As soon as I get a notification it dismisses itself. I have the latest update and I am using a Samsung a12. Any help with this would be appreciated

I have noticed this so I have switched on notification history incase I need to find it again but it is a pain when it disappears

Hi @LaurenSue 

 

This setting may help which is called Time to take action.

Look in Settings > Accessibility  > Advanced Settings > Time to take action.

@LaurenSue: The initial notification pop-ups will only be visible for a few seconds, but if you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, then they should still be accessible via the Notification Panel. Alternatively, head to Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Floating Notifications, and enable 'Bubbles' or 'Smart pop-up view' for added visibility.
