I really wish Samsung would test their stuff better, provide clearer solutions and show all these as options during phone setup. It is peak late stage capitalism that they shirk their responsibility to provide support for their products onto consumers who then use trial and error to hopefully figure out a solution to a problem that could have been easily avoided by doing better UX testing. This is what makes people switch to Apple. The S25 Ultra and One UI 7 is rife with problems that could have been solved with better testing. It is beyond frustrating to work in tech and know the solutions exist but that a trillion dollar company won't pay for them.

Yes, my solution to this and various other issues is to purchase a cmf 2 from Nothing technologies. None of these intensely frustrating things have happened on that phone since I got it, but as soon as I pick up the Samsung, I get incredibly angry again. Even signing in to reply to this thread filled me with rage, as I had to input a code to login to my Samsung account but it wouldn't let me copy the goddamn code, I had to try and hold it in memory, which is pretty stressful when you have a learning disability
Again, Samsung do not care about the users, or choice, or accessibility, or testing their features, etc. The best option is simply to not use Samsung products.
Edit: and thanks to all of this, I have now completely forgotten the original reason I picked up this ***** thing. This is not helpful for productivity at all, it is a hindrance.
