notepad

Have just upgraded from galaxy core prime to galaxy A12. Data successfully moved but can't find "notepad" . Help please

Notepad is not a stock app. The stock note taking app is called "Notes". Check the playstore

@abiden: Swipe up from your Home Screen to access the Apps menu > Samsung Notes > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop up window > Import Data From > Memos > Samsung Account. This should sync any backed up memos to the Notes app, which you can use in place of the Memos app. I hope this helps.
