Not unlocking

Phones face unlock and fingerprint unlock have gone awol since I started the money to charity when charging app thing.

The fingerprint is hit and miss and face unlock takes 30 secs if it decides to work.

Has become a right pain tbh

It maybe beneficial to delete your current fingerprints and face recognition and reset them back up @zimma71

OK thanks I'll try that. It's definitely the screen saver, I'll remove it and try again 👍
