Not receiving emails

Hi i can't get any emails to my email account- don't know why?

Hello @Jchotmail01 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👍 

Can you access your emails ok by directly logging in via your url browser 🤔 

If my email app is not behaving and clearing it's cache files via long holding the app down, and tapping on the i , then storage and cache. 

I go into the account section of the phone settings and delete the email account, and then re enter the email credentials ,and  soft reboot the phone by turning it Off and On.
