I have a brand new A12 but cannot get it to connect to any WiFi, it won't even register mobile data. I took it into a mobile phone shop but they were stumped why it wouldn't work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

why don't you take it back to where you bought it from or return it if it was bought online.

If you place your sim card in another phone does mobile data i.e 4g etc then work @Bumble2  ?

In WiFi settings or the pull down notification screen is WiFi definitely turned On.
