I've been having some problems with my Samsung a51 for sometime had a webchat 2-days ago go had a follow-up yesterday day however. I found him to be be un- professional unsympathetic And he ended the webchat because I was a frustrated customer having to keep rebooting the phone because it kept restarting and freezing and I didn't know my way around the phone and I presume this is his job.
If he doesn't like customer services and deal with people with difficult problems he may best be suited doing something else as if I was in the shop will you just walk away from me not good enough and I'm still having problems with the phone very disappointing Samsung
Agreed, they need to take notice as these type will turn customers away to buy other brands that do look after their customers. It is a pity Samsung do not have a reporting process to stamp out this kind of behaviour.
