Recently on my A70 I keep getting noticed telling me I have no sim card inserted and my phone goes to emergency calls only. I have to keep restarting it to get it back to normal. What's the problem with it?

you should
ask your network provider for a replacement sim and see if that will work.
if its an older sim ,
