I purchased a new phone for my wife at Christmas which is a Samsung A40 the same as my own phone. I have been attempting to set up this which I have almost completed except for this one problem. I have checked the trouble shooting and implemented all relevant checks but without any success. The problem is when I am setting up a new password I am asked to enter the verification code sent to me the problem is that I am not receiving these codes which means that I cannot progress any further. And I have been trying to sort this out for around four weeks and I am getting totally fed up. Thank you. Derek.
