New Galaxy A71, SIM Card tray will not open. Does anyone have a suggestion before I give up.

go to your service provider retail store... they generally may have more experience in removing jammed SIM trays.

Thanks for this, however the tray did eventually trigger out as it should do.  All’s now working well.

glad it's sorted. sometimes just takes a extra hard push. I've seen it where if a phone is dropped hard it causes internal obstruction for the tray to pop out.

I eventually managed to open mine to remove the sd card and put in an additional supplier. it only has space for 1 sim and one sd card. it is supposed to have 2 sims and an sd.
its an s20 fe but the sim slots should be the same.
can this be fixed?
