Network issue in Samsung A55 5G

Hlo Team, in samsung a55 5g device I'm facing lot of network issue specially in esim I Don't know why but esim network is too slow than a physical Sim 😑 boths sims were on same network which is lyca mobile 5g, please fix this issue as soon as possible by software update.

Hey there

I have seen a couple of posts on here in recent days and posts elsewhere on the web in relation to LycaMobile.

I would suggest you reach out to them to ascertain what the issue may be.

There has been talk in the financial press over the last few weeks that Lyca may be in financial trouble. Of course no idea if the issues are related.

Yes I don't know may be sim or software issue because I specially facing network issue in esim so may be one software update need for this issue.

Have you had an update recently to your device OS or Security Patch?

I'm still thinking this is a Lyca issue

Yes I received one update one month ago but in that update I'm not received any network improvement regarding esim etc

It isn't that I don't know the issue.

It is that you are not being clear what the issue is.

So please keep yourself calm and tell us exactly what the issue is so we can try to assist.

You'll also find displaying attitude is not a good way to get people on here, who are all customers (not Samsung staff) and offer their help free, to help you.

Brother listen this is a software glitch in esim department which will may be fix by software update through samsung team, that's I want to explain here that when I'm using physical Sim sp network is little bit good than esim and in esim the network is going too much down that's why I'm mentioned this thing so that team have a look on this issue and give a fix as soon as possible.

Which is why you've been advised to engage with LycaMobile.....

But you refuse to take the advice because it isn't what you want to hear. If it was a software glitch as you say, it would be affecting many thousands of users and we would be inundated. It isn't and we aren't so it is either a Lyca issue or an app conflict to your specific device and set up.

Take the advice.
