My samsung a21s camera on snapchat is too zoomed in

try pinching the screen with two fingers. bringing your thumb and forefinger together zooms in. do the reverse, and the view should zoom out.

Just bought the A21s to my daughter. 

The camera is zoom way to much.

Furthermore, the screen is lagging. 

Zooming out with pinching isn't helping.

Why?

I have managed to pass by the lagging by either having the flash on or focus. this will allow the picture to be taken as you press the button

I've just brought mine and have the same issue on snapchat and tiktok...Samsung please sort it for us.

Me too i have the same issue on my A21s.

It's happening on all apps that use the front camera. Whatsapp calls, instagram, snapchat, tiktok...
