My phone number isnt working, it doenst receive calls

Is any body would help me, I can not receive calls and messges from text for anything. It is like my number been disabled or been wiped out. Please could anybody help me

Have you tried removing the sim card and wiping it and putting it back in? Also make sure flight mode is not activated. Failing that get in touch with your network provider first.

Yes it has, my phone number was suspended so I opened the phone number by top up
