My camera does not focus anymore beyond 1 meter

Since a few weeks the camera of my A52 does not focus beyond 1 meter. Also in Pro mode, you do not seem further than 1m in the manual distance adjustment. 

I check another a52, and the person did not know but had the same problem... I suspect the phone does not use one of the cameras, but do not know more.

I downloaded the last telephone software update, but it did not help

Could you try safe mode? Is the problem there as well?

Tried both, reset and safe mode. None help

In that case the solution is to go to the seller. Where did you buy it? You should demand for a new one. You paid for a product so it should work properly. They should either refund you or replace the unit.
