Samsung a 71 slow

Why is my a 71 slower then less powerfull new midrangers from samsung that come with android 12 default installed even after wiping all the cache its still slow this fixed it when installing android 12 is this samsung just slowing down phones on purpose to make people buy newer phones? Anyways this will be my last samsung even if they slow down or not

Because they downgrade your phone with each major update to incentivize you to buy a new phone, product cannibalization

When you update your phone it automatically becomes slower, that's what I mean by downgrading as for returning to previous versions you can root your phone and change phone version.

Updates won't make phones slower. If you want a faster phone buy a flagship. Ive got the S22 Ultra and its the fastest phone ive ever experienced.

Umm didn't you read that i said this is my first and last samsung and updates slow down phones (on samsung devices) i have lag pulling down my notification menu wich i didn't have in android 10-11and animation are very laggy even the s22 ultra feels laggy compaired to the oneplus 7t from 2019 running an old sd 855 one ui animations sucks

Updates dont slow down phones, If yours is slow do a factory reset and install it clean afterwards, Dont use SmartSwitch to bring the problems back after the reset. I have owned many Samsung phones and I never had a slow one. If a phone is slow there are 2 possible options. A problem with the software maybe a setting wrong somewhere or a bug in wich case you can file a error report through the Samsung Members app or reset the device to factory settings. Or 2 a hardware issue, if its an hardware issue I would take it back to the seller or send it in for repair. But i can guarantee you that updates arent slowing down phones, if this was the case I would know about it and I would not have a Samsung phone.

There are no hardware issues android 12 is just laggy compaired to android 11 on lower end phones like mine using an sd730
