OR
Hi all I figured it out, after you press reset DO NOT select an APN firstly add a new APN by searching the Internet for the correct APN settings for you network THEN select that one instead of the previous one & you will be all set.
I'm in the UK

With some networks MMS has to be provisioned on the account for this option to work and a stable 3G data connection needs to be in place.
Perhaps have a word with your network provider customer services.
Also launch your messages app and press the 3 little dots in the top right hand corner and choose More Settings and then Multi Media Messages and choose Free in the Restrictions option which may help.
As MMS is usually comes at a cost from the Network to send one and the file size is restricted too I prefer the following alternative options.
Whatsapp.
Facebook Messenger.
Email.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
