Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017. If someone tries to ring me and I don't have a signal it goes to voicemail but I don't get a notification of a missed call if they don't leave a voicemail. Does anyone know how this can be fixed please?

Who is your network provider, I find this happens with Three UK.
