Messages not been received

Anyone still using Samsung messages finding messages aren't been received? It shows as sent on my end and even got a delivery report but the other person hasn't received them. They've been sending me messages but when I reply I'm not getting any response back. I've sent screenshots and confirmed they hadn't received them 🤔

It's a shame Samsung are phasing their messages out. I am using Google messages now, but prefer Samsings app.

My daughter's a53 uk model gets a lot of could not send message when she texting me but think it's down to giffgaff internet

I'm on Vodafone. But I don't get "could not send message" it shows as sent on my end even getting delivery reports. But they wasn't getting my messages.
